Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification with your tracking details once it has been dispatched.
Shipping Times Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
Tracking Your Order Every order comes with a tracking number sent to your email. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of dispatch, feel free to reach out to us.
Customs & Duties For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
